Today I covered the traggic school shooting at Central High School in Knoxville Tennessee on assignment for the Associated Press. This was the first time I've been asked to cover something like this. I was nervous when asked to go to the victims home and ask to shoot a picture of the shooting victim. The family was wonderful but their pain was so evident. It was a long day with many emotions from all sides. That evening, during the candlelight service, I captured a sweet moment of a youngster holding a candle in memory of the shooting victim Ryan McDonald.
